We do not allow pets. Many of our guests require a completely dander free home.

We frequently receive a request to waive this requirement, however to protect our home and future guests, we do not do so.

There is absolutely no smoking allowed in our home.

Smoking outside, away from the house, when windows are not open is ok. Because the smoke finds its way inside, please do not smoke on the upstairs balconies.

Vacation rentals are typically rented months in advance, therefore no immediate refund of payment for cancellation, however if re-rented, all monies recovered less a $50 processing fee will be returned.

In case of cancellation, we will work with you to mitigate costs by re-renting at mutually agreed rates to reduce out of pocket costs for cancelling party. Early departure does not warrant any refund of rent.

Yes, during the non-peak season, from September through May, weekend rentals are ok. During the summer, we rent weekly.

Yes, you can reserve via the calendar function/online booking function. After entering your card info, we will confirm your reservation within 24 hours. If you just have a question, please feel free to use the inquiry form… or call us.

Yes, if it shows reserved on the calendar, it is reserved. Similarly, we do update our availability with only a few hour delay, so if it shows available, it is available.

If you want to wait list a timeframe, please send us an inquiry… it is unusual to have a cancellation, but it does happen.

Actually you won’t! 🙂 A few days prior to arrival, you will receive an email providing an code which can be used during the duration of your stay. The email will describe how to convert to a personal 3-6 digit code.

It is a great system… no extra keys out there, and codes only work during the duration of your stay.

South Haven is referred to by regulars as SoHa, hence, www.so-ha.com. Some branding in the area refers to South Haven as South Heaven. So, as a bit of a play on words, we named our homes “So-Heavenly”. We think the area, and our homes, are a bit of both… you can also reach our web site via www.so-heavenly.com.
